Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you browse or order from Trendsmith. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

• All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
• After you order, we call or message you to confirm your order and delivery address.
• We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you to confirm it, if the item is out of stock, or if the order details look incorrect. If this happens, we will let you know.

Prices

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.
• Prices and offers can change, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

Payment

• We currently accept cash on delivery. Please pay the rider in cash when your order arrives.
• Please keep the exact amount ready if possible.
• Refusing a confirmed order at delivery without a valid reason may stop you from ordering with cash on delivery in the future.

Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, holidays or courier delays.
• Please check your parcel when you receive it. If something is damaged or wrong, contact us as soon as possible.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds policy.

Product information

We try to show products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and photos may show items used in a setting.

Reviews

Only customers who received an order can review that product. We may remove reviews that are abusive, unrelated to the product or contain personal information.

We use your details only to process and deliver your order. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the update.
